Shipping Terms

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Special orders may be delayed an additional 1-2 days.
• We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to shipping addresses within the United States.
• We ship via UPS Ground to addresses within Canada.
• On shipments outside the lower 48 states and certain APO/FPO addresses, the shipping fee shown at checkout may be adjusted. We will provide you with any additional shipping costs and hold the order until you approve it.
• For best service, please include a daytime telephone number if we need to contact you regarding your order.
• Shipping charges are calculated automatically by our shopping cart on a sliding scale based on weight. In general, the more you buy, the less you pay on a per-item basis.
• Customers are responsible for all costs involved in re-shipping goods when the submitted address is incorrect or incomplete. Always be sure to include the complete street address in the address field--including apartment number, business name, etc.

Returns

We accept returns for credit on many of our items, provided that they return to us unopened in their original condition within 30 days of the original order. We cannot credit either our original shipping costs or the costs you incur returning an item. We reserve the right to inspect any returns before issuing a refund or exchange. Refunds will be for the amount of purchase only if received within the 30-day return period. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Sorry, special orders and sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges will be charged additional shipping to the customers original credit card.
